For performing Members

 

The normal rehearsal night is Thursday, 7.30 p.m. up to 9.45 p.m. at the Life Long Learning Centre on Lee Street, Uppermill with additional Tuesday and Sunday rehearsals as required prior to events.

 

For Patrons

 

The Society maintains a list of Patrons who receive priority booking for all our performances and free tickets for the Show and Spring Concert.

The annual subscription is £30.

 

Opportunities for Sponsorship

 

Saddleworth Musical Society is a Registered Charity and would like to maintain its uniqueness of being the only Society in Saddleworth that presents a varied annual programme of choral and musical items with full orchestra.

 

Costs continue to increase for hiring music and rehearsal rooms, and to pay royalties. This will eventually require us to charge a seat price that may discourage some of our local patrons from attending.

 

We are therefore looking for commercial and individual sponsors to help us defray some of our costs. In return for a donation of £25 we will offer priority booking at our productions and one seat for either our Autumn Show or Spring Concert (worth up to £10). Names of Sponsors will be listed in the programmes. For a donation of £50 there would be two seats, and for £75, three seats etc.
